General Policy

CUSTOM SUPPORT AI generally does not offer refunds in normal circumstances for its services, including but not limited to monthly subscription fees, plan upgrades, or any other services offered through our platform. All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. While we maintain our own refund policy, refunds may still occur where required under Paddle's terms, payment-provider rules, applicable law, or in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or other regulatory requirements. This policy applies in normal circumstances, subject to Paddle's terms, applicable payment-provider rules, and legal requirements.

Subscription Terms

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. Generally, no refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your subscription period, though refunds may occur where required by Paddle's terms or applicable law. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability and quality. If you experience technical issues or service interruptions, please contact our support team. While we work diligently to resolve any problems, service issues generally do not entitle you to a refund under our policy. We may, where appropriate and permitted under Paddle’s terms, provide service credits or extensions in exceptional circumstances, though refunds may still occur where required by Paddle’s terms or applicable law. This does not constitute a guarantee of refunds.

Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan, changes take effect immediately, and billing adjustments are prorated for the current monthly billing cycle. Generally, no refunds are provided for upgrades or cancellations, though refunds may occur where required by Paddle's terms or applicable law. You will retain access to all features until the end of your current paid period after cancellation.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment through your bank or credit card company, your account may be suspended or terminated immediately. Chargebacks may result in refunds being processed by Paddle according to their terms and payment provider rules. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks in accordance with Paddle’s terms and applicable payment-provider rules, including any fees associated with chargeback processing.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions made by Custom Support AI, we will investigate and, if confirmed, may issue a credit or refund for the erroneous amount through Paddle's processing system. This exception does not apply to user errors, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with the service, or failure to cancel before the next billing cycle. Refunds may also occur where required by Paddle's terms, payment provider rules, or applicable law. All refund requests for billing errors must be submitted within 10 days of the charge in question and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's terms and applicable law.

Your Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local laws. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and may be subject to Paddle's terms, payment provider rules, bank policies, fraud prevention measures, and regulatory requirements. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain applicable to the extent required by law. Chargebacks initiated through your bank or payment provider may result in refunds regardless of this policy.
