These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and CUSTOM SUPPORT AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Custom Support AI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
Acceptable Use
You will use the service lawfully and will not upload or train on content that infringes rights, is illegal, or harmful. You are responsible for the data you provide.
Accounts & Security
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide notice for material changes when feasible.
Intellectual Property
CUSTOM SUPPORT AI owns the service, branding, and platform intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Data & Privacy
We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for the data you process with the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before a claim.
Payments and Billing
All payments for CUSTOM SUPPORT AI subscriptions are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the region where CUSTOM SUPPORT AI operates. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
